The medians of a triangle are congruent if the triangle is equilateral. 3. The altitude to the base of an isosceles triangle bisects the vertex angle. 4. If two angles of one triangle are congruent to two angles of another triangle, the remaining pair of angles are also congruent. 5. If two triangles are congruent, then a pair of corresponding medians are congruent. 6. The angle bisectors of the base angles of an isosceles triangle meet to form another isosceles triangle with the base. 7. The line segments joining the vertex angle of an isosceles triangle to the trisection points of the base are congruent.
