(Isosceles Triangle Theorem) We just proved the isosceles triangle theorem: if two sides of a triangle are congruent, then the angles opposite these sides are congruent as well. (1) Draw an isosceles triangle; (2) Find a new proof of the above theorem which does not involve drawing any line (you cannot use for example the angle bisector). 2. Prove the following: in an isosceles triangle the angle bisector of the angle opposite to the base is also the median to the base.
