The conference is designed for surgical, radiation and medical oncologists, nurses, nurse practitioners, physician’s assistants and other specialists, and all investigators, practitioners and fellows in training with research and management interest in breast cancer. Nationally-recognized experts will provide presentations on current concepts in multi-disciplinary management of breast cancer. 19th Annual Breast Cancer Symposium This multi-disciplinary meeting will focus on cutting edge clinical and translational breast cancer research, highlighting the most promising emerging developments, and analyzing and debating critical clinical options. The format will include didactic sessions from leading faculty who will present all facets of research in these areas, question and answer sessions and time for participant interaction with the faculty to explore current and future trends in the management of breast cancer. Cancer DEAR COLLEAGUES New Perspectives on For more than twenty years, the Radiation Oncology Department at Washington Adventist Hospital has sponsored annually a series of multi-disciplinary cancer symposiums on the latest issues and advances in clinical research in oncology. This year is the 19th symposium on breast cancer management designed to present a comprehensive overview of important issues and controversies facing physicians in clinical practice today.
