Viewing and Changing Investment
Elections
Investment Elections
You may “View” your investment elections by
moving your cursor over the “Investments”
option on the top menu bar and clicking
“Investment Election Info.”
This option allows you to view your current investment elections.
It lists the funds (which are all hyperlinked to Morningstar) and
shows a Chart View of your current investment elections. You
may change the chart to a bar graph by clicking “Graph View.”
Investment Elections
You may “Change” your investment elections
by moving your cursor over the “Transactions”
option on the top menu bar and clicking the
“Investment Elections” option.
To change your investment
Elections simply enter the
applicable percentage next to
the associated fund. Please
note your elections MUST
total 100%.
Prospectus and trading
fees/rules are also
available by clicking the
appropriate icon.
This page also lists your
current investment
elections for reference
when making your
decision.
After you have verified that your new
elections total 100%, you can choose
to “Graph” your new elections,
“Reset” if you are not satisfied and
want to start over, or click “Submit” to
request the change be made.
If your are comfortable with the elections you
have selected you also have the option to
“realign all EXISTING balances to mirror your
new elections” by checking this box. This will
create buys and/or sells to conform your ending
balances to match your new elections.
Once you have clicked the
“Submit” button a summary of
your changes will be provided for
final verification. If you are
satisfied simply click the
“Continue” button to make your
changes final.
After clicking the continue button you will
receive a confirmation number for your
records of the associated transaction along
with the final summary detail. If you have
entered your email address in the “Personal
Information” section, you will also receive a
confirmation email of this transaction.
