Range of Application This machine automatically controls and tests Common Rail System which is a part of engine driving device. The machine consists of system controller, motor, inverter, power stabilizer, low-pressure pump, high-pressure pump, Common rail, high-pressure pipes, etc. The machine rotates motor and controls the highpressure rail and is applied to the device which controls injector. 2. Application Specifications The following examples are industry standards but no appropriate standards are set for our maintenance equipment. Once appropriate standards are set, they will be applied to the machine. Examples: K. Environmental Requirements 3-1. Cooling type: Forced air cooling 3-2. Regularity: 80 % continuous operation per hour (Needs over five-minutes of break time after around 30 minutes at each running) 3-3. Ambient temperature: Room temperature 18~24℃ should be maintained. (Normal cooling temperature) 3-4. Relative humidity: 3-5. Altitude: Within 30 ~ 80 % Below 1,000M above sea level (During operation) 3-6. Installation site: Inside Building (Not applicable to water resistant) 4. Configuration & Functions Common rail tester is organized as below: Height: 1200mm Length: 1800mm Width: 800mm 4-1. Driving part A variable driving inverter is embedded in the test equipment and its capacity includes two types of horsepower - 3 hp and 5 hp. You can choose one of three types of power supplies – 220V single-phase, 220V three-phase, and 380V threephase to run the equipment. Besides, the test equipment is connected to a digital controller so it has sufficient control accuracy. 4-2. Low –pressure section Low-pressure section passes through a high efficient oil filter. It also has 2 lines which are applicable to inhalation high pressure pump and are driven low pressure pump for 12V power so that both of pressure pumps can be driven. 4-3. High pressure section This section consists of automotive high-pressure pump, connecting highpressure pipe and pressure control rail. It can control both IMV valve for high pressure pump control and DRV valve for rail control. Besides, it can measure the pressure from high pressure sensor of rail in real time. 4-4. Control circuit section This section is composed of pressure control part, external output part, inverter control part, injector control part, and flow measurement part. And the printed circuit board of this section uses 1.6mm FR4 board. 4-5. Control and indicator panel For smooth operation of the equipment, its front is equipped with a control device, a status indicator and an alarm device as follows: 4-5-1. Electric materials used for this machine have a good quality and highlevel of insulation. 5-2. 5-3. Used components have the basic specifications of product. The terminals of essential power supply are strong enough to withstand the required capacity and use good terminal blocks which have a high level of electrical conductivity. And the insulation materials of various transformers use “H” type. . 5-4. The wiring of this product uses more than 380V vinyl wires. And each termination point of all the main circuit terminal wirings firmly attached to terminal. In addition, the connecting parts of one circuit and another circuit use Marking Band and can easily facilitate the identification and separation of each circuit. 5-5. The main rectifier element of rectifier part uses sufficient capacity products which ensure a maximum of reliability and can identify the circuit based on its function. 6. Structure 6-1. This equipment is easy for the inspection and maintenance of the internal circuitry and has a good ventilation system as a standalone portable device (vertical self-standing). 6-2. Operation switch and main control unit are attached to the Control BOX to facilitate the operation and management. 6-3. The wiring of the equipment uses the wire: Signal line – over 0.5mm, Meter and Sequence line - 1.25 ㎜ or more. 6-4. The main control device power supply line, which can be affected by an external noise, are shielded against noise. 6-5. Fuse and switch are attached to the equipment to protect it from breakdown or overcurrent etc. 6-6. The main body of the enclosure is treated with anti-corrosive paint and inside and outside is painted with a certain color for attractiveness. 7. Inspection and Testing This equipment itself goes through inspection and testing procedures for testing items. (No external test items) 8. Display and Packaging Company nameplate and manufactured date are attached on the bottom of the reverse side of the equipment and can be easily identified. . 9. Warranty The warranty provides free repair and replacement services for the breakdown or alleged defects of the equipment itself, except for damages led by natural disasters or mishandling of the device, within a year from the date of purchase. (However, filters and expendables are to be excluded) 10.
