Conversion strategy 2: Separation of proteinacious and polymeric sugar constituents. Enzymatic and
chemoenzymatic conversion strategies to convert said constitutents into platform chemicals for polymer,
nutraceutical and pharma industries. Conversion of certain platform chemicals to novel biogeneic
polymers.
