Web and Marketing Communications Designer Job Summary As a Web and Marketing Communications Designer, you consistently apply dynamic tools, effective and creative design principles, and languages that fuel the Web. You will work independently with ongoing direction and feedback from the LoanSifter team and customers for both internal and public sites as well as designing other marketing programs. Your role is to make our marketing pop, potentially including the design of Web pages (internal site, external site, and customer sites) and marketing materials for print, tradeshows and email. Depending on skill set, it may include the development of marketing programs and testing, enhancing, and modifying them as necessary to ensure the best experience. You must display excellent written and oral skills with demonstrated interpersonal and organization abilities along with the ability to work in a varied, fast-paced environment. Essential Responsibilities: Web Design Design new web sites or pages as identified by management through packaged and customized applications. Ongoing maintenance and enhancement of existing LoanSifter websites. Conduct all user acceptance testing and report results. Marketing Program Development & Design Design and enhance marketing tools within LoanSifter product offerings (eOriginations) Assist in the development, design, and management of LoanSifter’s social media communication; including, Key Word Advertising, LinkedIn, and Facebook. Design and fulfill LoanSifter marketing communications; including promotional and customer emails. Other responsibilities may be assigned as required. Key Skills: Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines. The ability to translate creative direction and objectives into action. Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized. Ability to work additional hours as needed. Strong attention to detail. Experience: Required Work Experience: Proven professional experience in developing and designing complete websites. Desired Work Experience: Experience with designing a wide variety of marketing communications including designing and deploying professional emails and sales materials. Required Software Experience: Superior skills in design and web editing software packages including Abode suite software. MS Office suite. Comfortable with different Internet browsers. Desired Software Experience: Flash video/animation experiences. Website coding skills.
