High Speed, High Resolution Multi-Probe
Magnetic Field Mapping System
The SENIS Magnetic Field Mapper can map dc and ac magnetic fields
associated with permanent magnets and electromagnets. The base Field
Probe is a unique three-component (Bx, By, Bz) Integrated Circuit (IC) with a
sensing volume of less than 0.15 x 0.15 x 0.01mm, enabling very high
position resolution field maps with selectable measurement field ranges from
+/- 50mT to +/-2T, and frequency response from dc to 2.5kHz (25kHz
optional). The Probe can be moved with 2um position resolution in any
direction with a scanning speed up to 500mm/sec to generate a 3D map of
the magnetic field, measure the dipole moment, count number of poles,
calculate pole width and pole distribution for multiple magnets and rotors,
measure magnetic angle, angle error, and field homogeneity. The integrated
touch sensor combines Probe protection and Smart Probe connection enables
easy interchange of Hall Probes, AMR Probes, Eddy-current Probes for crack
detection, Sliding Probes for in-contact measurements, Multi-Probe Arrays,
and a Mechanical Touch Stylus.
We will feature the
