ELECTRONIC SECONDARY SECURITIES MARKET SECTION
Extract of minutes of meeting No. 70/27.2.2015 of the Electronic Secondary
Securities Market (HDAT) Management Council
RE: Documentation to be reviewed for Member access authorisation
Entities wishing to obtain Member access to HDAT shall be required to submit
an application (in a free text) with the following specific documentation:
1. An outline of the applicant’s organisational structure (including its back
office function, any branches, subsidiaries, etc.).
2. A document describing the applicant’s scope of activity and results (at least
in the bond markets).
3. Information about the applicant’s strategy and future prospects.
4. Information on the management body of the applicant and the persons
authorised to bind it (together with the authorisation documents and any
professional certification documents of relevant staff).
5. Financial information on the applicant (capital adequacy data, together with
the balance sheets for at least the last two years).
6. A document stating the Clearing System and the securities accounts that the
applicant intends to use for the settlement of its transactions. For remote
Members, the document shall designate the custodian in Greece that the
Member intends to use.
7. Details of the network provider that the applicant will be using for its
connection to HDAT. If at the time of submission of the application the said
network provider has not already been accepted by HDAT, an application for
connection and acceptance of the provider by HDAT is also required.
