SUGAR LAB
According to the American Heart Association, this is the suggested max amount of
added sugars a person should consume in one day:
Men - 37.5 grams (9 teaspoons) 150 calories per day
Women - 25 grams (6 teaspoons)
100 calories per day
To calculate the total number of grams of sugar you consumed, divide your total by 4.
Ex: 100 grams/4 = 25 teaspoons of sugar
