INSTRUCTIONS
Day 1 and 2:
Take Four (4) HCG Pellets Three (3) times daily as directed. Eat as much as you want especially high fat. It's important to get the
HCG in your system before you start the diet plan. This is called your “gorging period”, in which you can eat any food and all the
food you want. This process gets your body “HCG ready” for the 500 calorie diet you will be following and it builds up your normal
fat reserves.
Please do not skip this step because it is very important to the success you’re your weight loss while on the program.
Day 3 up to 40:
On the third day, you will start following the HCG diet. Continue HCG Pellets as directed; begin the HCG reduced calorie diet plan
(see included food guide - THIS IS IMPORTANT!).
Take the HCG Pellets 3 times a day, every day, 7 days a week. You must follow the HCG diet even on the weekends. Log your
weight and measurements on a weekly basis. A log sheet is included in this mailing.
**When you reach your goal weight: You must do the reduced calorie diet plan a minimum of 23 days (including the first two days
of eating high fat) even if you reach your goal weight before this time. This resets your hypothalamus. Then follow the maintenance
plan.
It is recommended that you do a full body fat cleanse. You should take your HCG Pellets as directed. NO ALCOHOL
It is helpful for you to record meals in a food journal (record snacks also). You have to eat. It takes fat in order to burn fat. NO
FOOD AFTER 8:00 pm. AVOID fried foods. You should bake, broil, steam or grill all meats. It is recommended that you drink 6 oz.
of grapefruit juice after eating a meal with beef to help the body in digestion. You can get a product called Tea for Life or Cascara
Sagrada for easier bowel movements – DO NOT TAKE LAXATIVES.
WATER, WATER, WATER, WATER, WATER, WATER – Minimum of 64 oz. per day (2 Liters of H2O)
Stevia to sweeten food is allowed, but absolutely NO SUGAR.
Herbs and spices have no calories, so use as much as you would like. Cut down or out your salt use. Mrs. Dash can be used.
Breadsticks or Melba Toast (from Alessi )(QTY: 1) can be eaten in between meals.
Eat only fresh, organic fruits and vegetables
Grapefruit and Lemon Juice are the only juices allowed while on the HCG diet. Six oz. of grapefruit juice has only 74 calories.
VERY IMPORTANT:
DO'S
Do take your potassium supplement
Do take a multi-vitamin daily with food
DON'TS
Do not take any fat soluble vitamins while you are following the HCG Diet Plan. For example, fish oil capsules or vitamin D
supplements.
HOW TO TAKE HCG:
Take Four (4) Pellets Three (3) times daily. Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner time work for most people but take them at times that are
convenient for you. Place Pellets under tongue let them dissolve; you may swallow any remaining powder. Do not rinse, drink or
eat anything for at least 10 minutes!

NOTE: For female patients you DO NOT STOP taking HCG Pellets when you start your monthly menstrual cycle.
If you miss a dose, take it when you remember. If hunger is still present, increase the pellets accordingly. If 12 pellets per day
don't work, increase to 15 and so on until appetite is under control.
***REMINDER***
MAKE SURE YOU TAKE A MULTI-VITAMIN AND POTASSIUM SUPPLEMENT DAILY!
BREAKFAST: Any non-calorie fluids in any amount. (See fluid options below)
AM SNACK: 1 portion of fruit (See options below)
LUNCH: A protein food and fresh vegetables. (See options below)
DINNER: A protein food and fresh vegetables. (See options below)
PM SNACK: One portion of fruit in the afternoon or evening. (See options below)
Protein Foods: 3 ½ oz twice daily (lunch and dinner)
Choose only lean meats, particularly:
• Organic Veal or steak (free range only)
• Organic Beef
• Fresh white fish (tilapia, mahi mahi, rock fish, halibut, white cod, flounder, monkfish, perch, pike, pollock, snapper, sole, whiting,
crab meat, lobster, shrimp, scallops)
• Organic Skinless Chicken (chicken breast only)
Note: all visible fat must be removed before cooking and the portion should be weighed raw. It must be cooked without additional
fat. NOTE: Salmon, eel, tuna fish, herring, or any dried, pickled or smoked fish are not allowed
Fresh Vegetables: 3 ½ oz. selected vegetables twice daily (lunch and dinner)
• Spinach, chard, chicory, beet-greens, green salad (lettuce), tomatoes, celery, fennel, onions, red
radishes, cucumbers, asparagus, cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini. (Do NOT mix vegetables -one vegetable choice per
serving).
• NO pumpkin, beetroot, potatoes, carrots, peas or corn
Fruit: 2 portions per day, at least 6 hours apart
• Organic apples, organic strawberries (6 large), orange, ½ grapefruit
Fluids: A minimum of two liters of water daily
• 10 glasses (2 liters) of water MINIMUM should be consumed daily
• Organic Green Tea, Organic Yerba Mate Tea, Organic Wu Long Tea, Black Organic Coffee (in any quantity)
• FYI: To get results, drink 50% water equivalent to your body weight. Examples, if you weigh 200 pounds, drink 100 ounces
Little Extras
• One tablespoon of milk daily ONLY!
• Artificial sweeteners - ABSOLUTLY NO SUGAR (Stevia is a great option and the liquid form has no after taste)
• Mrs. Dash, pepper, vinegar, mustard powder, garlic, sweet-basil, parsley, thyme, marjoram, and other seasonings
• NO margarine, butter, oil, dressing
• Juice of 1 lemon daily The juice of one lemon daily is allowed for all purposes.

Drinks and Seasonings
Salt, pepper, vinegar, mustard powder, garlic, sweet basil, parsley, thyme, majoram, etc., may be used for seasoning, but no oil,
butter or dressing.
Tea, coffee, plain water, or mineral water (2 liters of water per day is recommended) are the only drinks allowed, but they may be
taken in any quantity and at all times.
The fruit or the breadstick may be eaten between meals instead of with lunch or dinner, but not more than four items listed for lunch
and dinner may be eaten at one meal.
Cosmetics other than lipstick, eyebrow pencil and powder may be used without special permission.
Organic products are allowed. Cosmetics without Lanolin are suggested.
the total daily intake must not exceed 500 Calories if the best possible results are to be obtained, that the daily ration should contain
200 grams of fat free protein and a very small amount of starch.
Important Highlights:
The 500 calorie limit must always be maintained.
2 small apples are not an acceptable exchange for "1 apple."
Very occasionally we allow egg - boiled, poached or raw - to patients who develop an aversion to meat, but in this case they must
add the white of three eggs to the one they eat whole.
Cottage cheese made from skimmed milk is available 100 grams may occasionally be used instead of the meat
Protein Shakes are not advised in the beginning unless they have Zero Sugar added if you notice no weight loss stop shakes

The above list and samples are just examples of how this diet kind of works. You will be given a
complete instruction guide with all the tips and rules you need including example shopping lists
and menus.

Personal Care and Beauty Products on the HCG Diet:
We do permit the use of lipstick, powder and such lotions as are entirely free of fatty substances. We also allow brilliantine to be
used on the hair but it must not be rubbed into the scalp. Obviously sun-tan oil is prohibited. Products with Lanolin in the ingredients
are prohibited. Coconut Oil is Okay in moderation. Aspirin and birth control are allowed on the Simeons HCG Diet.
No massage of any kind due to oil.
