Shape Re-Claimed Diet Information
History of the Diet:
HCG diet was discovered by Dr. A.T.W Simeons for losing weight with the hormone Human
Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG). This naturally accumulating protein hormone develops
during pregnancy and works directly with the hypothalamus gland for controlling fat in our
body. Introduction of HCG in the body mainly helps in breaking down the abnormal fat
resources that consequently releases calories, proteins and fats into your bloodstream.
During this process your body not only gets 500 calorie from the diet but 1500-4000 calories
supplemented from the energy released from your abnormal fat stores. The consistent weight
loss keeps you motivated and HCG maintains your high metabolic rate throughout the entire
diet plan. WE DO NOT USE HCG IN OUR PROGRAM. We use a glycoprotein (amnio acid blend)
that mimics the effects of HCG.

Aurora Medical Spa Protocol
1. Initial Consult- Includes review of diet protocol, nutraceutical grade multi-vitamin,
antioxidants capsules and sublingual glycoprotein drops for entire month. Weight,
measurements and before pictures will be taken to track your progress.
2. Two Week Follow-Up Consult- This is scheduled 2 weeks after starting the diet. We
will make sure you are successful and are feeling well. Record weight and
measurements.
3. Four Week Follow-Up Consult- This is scheduled concluding the initial weight loss
phase. Maintenance phase will be discussed and how to keep your hard work weight
loss off. Also at this time you will get convenient vitamin packs for AM and PM that are
full spectrum vitamins, minerals, omega-3, and antioxidants.
4. Eight Week Follow-UP Consult- At this time we will do post diet pictures, weight and
measurements. We can discuss whether to do another round to meet your weight loss
goal or how to continue to live a healthy, energetic life and maintain your weight loss
success.
Diet Protocol Summary:
Day 1 and 2- Take Shape ReClaimed drops and gorge self with fattening foods
Day 3- Take Shape ReClaimed and follow 500 calorie diet for 30days
Day 31- Stop Shape ReClaimed drops, continue following the 500 calorie diet for 3days after
last dose of drops.
1st Three weeks after stopping Shape ReClaimed drops- All foods are allowed except starches
and sugars, always controlled by daily morning weighing.
2nd Three weeks after stopping Shape ReClaimed- Very gradually add starches and sugars
back in small, quantities, always controlled by daily morning weighing.
The 500 Calorie Diet
Breakfast-
Tea or coffee without sugar, in any amount. One tablespoon of milk is allowed
in 24 hours. Saccharin or Stevia may be used as sweetener and juice of one
lemon a day.
Lunch-
1. 100 grams of veal, beef, chicken breast, turkey breast, fresh white fish,
buffalo, lobster, canned tuna in water, crab or shrimp, low-fat cottage cheese,
plain Greek yogurt, or eggs. All visible fat must be carefully removed before
cooking and the meat must be weighed raw. It must be boiled, grilled or baked
without additional fat.
2. Choose one vegetable to be eaten at lunch of the following: Spinach, Chard,
Chicory, Beet-greens, Lettuce, Broccoli, Cauliflower, French beans, Mushrooms,
Peppers, Zucchini, Brussels sprouts, Tomatoes, Celery, Fennel onions, Radishes,
Cucumbers, Asparagus or Cabbage. Serving size is two cups.
3. One breadstick (grissino) or 2-3 Melba toast.
4. An apple, 6-8 strawberries, orange, or half of a grapefruit or 12 raspberries,
blackberries or blueberries.
Dinner-
The same four choices as lunch. You can choose a different protein, vegetable
or fruit for dinner than you had for lunch.
The juice of one lemon daily is allowed for all purposes. Salt, pepper, vinegar, mustard
powder, garlic, sweet basil, parsley, thyme may be used for seasoning. NO OIL, BUTTER, OR
DRESSING. You can use pre-mixed spice blends but you must read all ingredients to insure
there is no sugar added.
Lunch and Dinner may be broken up for snacks, but the two breadsticks/toast and two fruits
may not be eaten at the same time. It is imperative that the above diet be followed stringently
with no substitutions.
Diet Protocol: Phase 1 Rules

Every day after getting out of bed and emptying bladder, record weight.
Sublingual Shape Drops Dosing- 0.5ml three times a day under the tongue. This
should be done 15-30 minutes before each meal and held under tongue for about
5minutes. If not feeling well or are overly hungry please inform the practitioner.
Tea, coffee, plain water, or mineral water are the only beverages allowed and as much
and as frequent as desired. (Recommended drink at least 2 liters daily)
No oil-based cosmetics, hormone based creams, facials and/or massages during phase
one. Fish oil or oil-based supplements are NOT allowed. Eyeliner, mineral powder and
oil free cosmetics CAN be used. Plain mineral oil or coconut oil is acceptable for dry
skin.
Continue all your prescription medications
Generally self-medicating with over-the-counter products is not advised.
Bowel movements may decrease to every three or four days and this should be
corrected. Laxatives are not allowed. You can use magnesium citrate 400-800mg
twice to three times a day is very helpful. Smooth Move tea maybe used as well.
Treating Weight Loss Stall during Phase 1
A plateau of weight loss (no change for at least 4 days without dietary error) may be treated
with an “apple day”. Six large apples replaces the normal 500 calorie diet for one day. No
other foods or liquids except water and only enough to quench your thirst are allowed.

Complete an “apple day” as mentioned above
Increase water intake by 64-96 ounces (2-3 quarts) per day.
Try adding a glass or two of green tea daily.
Check all condiments for any form of sugar.
If constipated use Smooth Move Tea or Magnesium Citrate 400mg three times a day
until bowel movement.
6. Have you changed or started any new prescriptions?

Maintenance Phase
Maintenance phase must be followed or all weight loss will be regained!
Goal of Maintenance Phase: To create a new weight set point which your body
automatically maintains. Your body also needs to recover from the large amount of weight
loss. Start recommended vitamin pack. Eat what you want, when you want. Listen to your
body for when you are hunger and when you are full. Continue daily weighing.
Maintenance Protocol (First 3 Weeks of Maintenance):
1. On Day 31 stop taking the Shape drops; continue following the 500 calorie diet for
3days (day 31, 32 and 33). All foods except starch and sugar can be reintroduced the
first 3 weeks. Increase calories to 1500-2500 calories per day.
2. Remember your last weight when on the 500 calorie diet. If there is more than a 2 lbs
gain, skip breakfast and lunch on the dame day and drink plenty of fluids. Dinner
consists of a huge steak with only one apple or a raw tomato (“steak day”-is only for
the first 3 weeks of maintenance phase).
3. Eat whole foods (like what cave men ate) - fresh fruits and vegetables, good fats (olive
oil, avocado, fish, nuts, seeds), meat proteins. Avoid processed lunch meat, canned
fruits/vegetables, hormone-containing meats, limit dairy, very sweet fruits (melons,
pineapple, bananas, and grapes), and vegetables to avoid most beans, potatoes, corns
and peas. Continue to drink a lot of water.
4. If you are bad on the weekends and gain 3-5lbs and then you are good during the week
and loose 3-5lbs with strict dieting of steak days, YOU WILL NOT MAINTAIN YOUR
WEIGHT LOSS.
5. Keep a food journal as you try to help your body and metabolism lock-in to your new
weight for at least 6 or so weeks.
Maintenance Protocol (Second 3 Weeks of Maintenance):
Starches can be gradually added in small quantities and this is your start for a new lifestyle
and way of life. Your practitioner will talk to you about this phase in more depth. A second
round may be started after the 6weeks of maintenance is over.
