A 7 day colon cleanse of your choice is suggested but not mandatory prior to the Greater Than
HCG Drops plus this suggested weight loss plan.
LEVEL 1: Greater Than HCG Drops and Binge Days
Instructions for Taking the Drops
· Wait 30 minutes after eating or drinking.
· Apply two (2) to five (5) drops under tongue three (3) times a day before meals. Hold for
at least one minute before swallowing.
· Do not eat or drink for 30 minutes and then eat a meal.
Binge Days
An important part of the success of Greater Than HCG Drops for weight loss is to begin the
program with two full “binge” days when you eat as much of whatever you want as you wish,
including high fat treats, ensuring your body has a healthy store of fat to maintain the next 20
or 40 days of 500-550 total calories per day.
LEVEL 2: Suggested Low Calorie Diet
Follow these guidelines exactly for amazing weight loss results.
3 Week Program – Days 3-21 6 Week Program – Days 3-42
· Eat precisely 500 – 550 calories per day, no more, no less.
· Drink no less than 2 liters of fluid each day, but nothing after 7 pm.
· Use only chewing gum that contains xylitol, no breath mints or candies.
· ONE snack per day
· NO sugar, salt, oil or dressing - use fresh seasonings for flavor.
· Drink only water, coffee or tea
· Eat three (3) small meals each day.
Food Choices
Follow these instructions carefully and choose only foods from the Approved Foods listed on
the Greater Than HCG Drops diet chart.
· Include two (2) proteins per day eaten at different meals.
· Limit red meat, salmon or tuna - no more than three (3) times per week.
· Include two (2) fruit choices per day eaten at different meals.
· Include two (2) vegetables per day eaten at different meals.
Do not eat fruit at the same meal as protein and/or vegetables for maximum metabolic effect.
OTHER OPTIONS:
800 calorie diet – Follow the 500 calorie diet exactly, increasing the caloric intake by 100
calories each meal to total 800-850 calories per day.
1200 Calorie Diet – Eat five small meals each day plus two (2) additional snacks. Warning – DO
NOT distribute the full 1200 calories over only three (3) meals. To effectively reset the metabolism,
calories must be distributed over five (5) meals each day.
LEVEL 3 – STABILIZATION
3 Week Program – Days 22-43 6 Week Program – Days 43-64
At the end of your weight loss program, (Day 22 of the 3 week program and Day 43 of the 6
week program), discontinue use of the Greater Than HCG Drops. It is necessary to make the
adjustment back to a normal diet gradually, maintaining your program's caloric intake (500,
800 or 1200) for an additional three (3) days after finishing the weight loss program.

Dairy products such as milk, yogurt and cheese should be limited.
Avoid sugar and starchy foods such as potatoes, pastries, crackers, breads and rice for
three (3) weeks after finishing the program.
Fruit consumption should be isolated, not combined with proteins.
Gradually increase caloric intake to 1200 to 1400 per day over 15 days after finishing the
program.
LEVEL 4 – MAINTAINING YOUR WEIGHT LOSS
3 Week Program – Days 43 For Life 6 Week Program – Days 64 For Life

weight loss plan into your daily life, such as smaller amounts of sugars and starches, more
frequent, smaller meals each day and counting calories to prevent overeating. Maintaining a
