MATERIALS NEEDED

Seeds (whole Sunflower Seeds work well)
Glue
Materials to make flower petals (ribbon, construction paper flower petals, or silk flower petals)
Construction Paper
Crayons
DIRECTIONS
• Distribute a Craft Display Sheet (page 2 of this document) to each child.
•
Have the boys and girls draw “grass” above the verse at the bottom of the page.
•
Give each child a whole Sunflower seed to glue in the grass.
•
Beside the seed have the children draw a flower (with a stem and leaves).
•
Allow the boys and girls to decorate the petals of the flower using crayons, silk flower petals, ribbon, etc.

Today we learned that God never changes. Flowers change and grow, but God’s
love for me will never change. Hebrews 13:8 – “Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and
to day, and for ever.
Q. Can anyone ever lose true salvation?
A. No. Salvation is a gift from God, Who never changes.
Mark 1:15b - “Repent ye, and believe the gospel.”
