50 pre-Olympic Programs. Each program intensely focused on one of the top Olympic disciplines of the 2008 Beijing Olympics. Produced by CCTV Sports and SportsNow! Inc. CCTV SPORTS and SportsNow! • The 2008 Beijing Olympics will probably be one of the greatest international sporting events of the first decade of the 21st Century. • No program has ever been produced that previews the top athletes and their events in such intimate detail before they compete in the Olympics… UNTIL NOW! • China’s Olympic superstars are mostly unknown outside China and have not been readily accessible to the world media. • China’s coming out into the world stage has changed the world’s 20th Century premise. • CCTV Sports and SportsNow! will produce these 50 Programs working together. The Programs will start to be available for broadcast on 1-1-08 and all 50 Programs will be finished by March 1, 2008. This timetable gives us access to the final competitions held before the start of the Olympics so that the Program is current, up-to-date and totally relevant.
