Web/Online Marketing Manager – Marketing/Digital Branding Firm –
Central NJ
SUMMARY:
Web/Online Marketing Manager for a growing boutique digital branding and marketing firm that
specializes in brand development, web development, and online marketing. As the Web/Online
Marketing Manager, you will interface with clients, lead a small team of search marketing
specialists and will be a central figure in devising client web site development and search
marketing strategies from a technical standpoint.
This is a very hands-on technical position and requires technical strength, and diplomacy when
dealing with internal and external stakeholders. The position will report directly to the Director of
Interactive & Production.
FEATURES:
 Unique Role: Responsible for leading and directing the search marketing strategies of the firm,
and its many clients. This position will be an integral part of the company and the front-person
from an online marketing perspective for new and existing clients.

COMPENSATION: A very strong compensation package will be offered and will vary depending upon
the depth and quality of relevant experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS

Website and Digital Communications Development & Deployment
Website Administration & Monitoring
Website Analysis, Reporting & Recommendations
Keyword Analysis, Reporting and Recommendations
Competitive site analysis & recommendations
Conversion optimization strategies
Client Training, when necessary
Launch support, usability and cross-platform testing
E-mail Marketing development, testing, deployment, monitoring and analysis
Mobile site development
App development/oversight (may be a future requirement)

Client interfacing on technical questions, problems, recommendations and guidance
MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the development of and participate in:



Integrated search marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, Social, Paid, Mobile, etc.)
Content Deployment strategies (E-mail, Online PR, Social, Blog, etc.)
Social Media Community Building Strategies
REQUIREMENTS DESIRED:
TECHNICAL EXPERTISE
5+ years of relevant technical skills including, but not limited to:
