 Developed and implemented a strategy to exploit the CTF market raising annual revenues from
£9m to £40m achieving market leadership and a 35% share (target 12% share to break even)
 Devised successful customer engagement strategy with 50% of customers making regular direct
debits - more than twice the market average - a key driver of profit
 Developed 28 new distribution partners including Lloyds Banking Group, Bounty, Asda, Boots,
Mothercare, Co-op, Axa, The Royal College of Midwives, and various Building Societies
 Created sales proposition for CTF to successfully launch and gain panel positions on all major
IFA networks and nationals
 Reshaped the sales resource by introducing the senior account manager role and professional
key account support and expanding telesales to give market penetration
 Overhauled the IFA field sales force and telesales operation introducing performance
management, replacing poor performers and increasing productivity per head by >100%
 Following the cessation of the Child Trust Fund by the Coalition Government it was necessary to
re-invent the business model to target new markets to replace lost income streams
 Launched new ‘First4families.co.uk’ digital business to maximise customer value, generate new
income streams from third party products, and reduce the cost base
