Responsible for didactic nationwide teaching to medical officers and
healthcare providers on pediatric HIV treatment and management (KITSO
course) in Botswana, Africa. In addition to direct bed-side teaching at
Princess Marina Hospital and Botswana-Baylor Center of Excellence HIV
clinic to medical students, intern, residents, nurses, medical officers and
specialists.
During my Pediatric Infectious Disease fellowship lectured to pediatric
medical students, intern, residents and ID fellows during morning report,
case conferences and national conferences. Red book review once a week
with pediatric residents and medical students. Bed-side teaching during
HIV clinic and hospital rounds.
