Associate Professor/ Professor of Pediatric Infectious Disease
Emory University School of Medicine
The Division of Pediatric Infectious Disease at Emory University School of Medicine is seeking
candidates for a position at the Associate Professor or Professor level to join our faculty. The
faculty member will collaboratively contribute to the expansion of our successful pediatric
antimicrobial stewardship and hospital epidemiology programs at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta.
This position would provide opportunities for conducting quality improvement research related to
antimicrobial stewardship and hospital epidemiology with dedicated resources devoted to these
efforts. The faculty member will contribute to the clinical, research, and teaching missions of the
Division of Pediatric Infectious Diseases and Department of Pediatrics with coverage of the
inpatient and outpatient clinical services, participation in student, resident, and fellow education,
and mentorship of fellows and junior faculty.
Qualified candidates must have an MD, MD/PhD, or equivalent, be board-certified in pediatric
infectious disease, and have a record of successful accomplishments related to antimicrobial
stewardship. Salary and professional level of appointment will be commensurate with experience.
