Every communication needs three parts.

Most people express themselves through verbal
communication.

Nonverbal Communication
Nonverbal communication uses body language.

Healthy relationships depend on good

Careful listening is important for effective

Speaking Skills
Think about what
you want to say.
Use “I” messages to
express your thoughts,
