the sole C&F Agent for Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Ltd, (Vishakapatnam Steel Plant) and

April 1998 and it’s Annual Turnover is around 160 crores.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Finalization of accounts of Company, Individual, H.U.F., Trusts and Firms Including
Computations Income Tax & Wealth Tax and also Preparation of Tax Audit Report.
2. Major Responsibility includes Supervision of Accounting functions, fixing of Job
responsibilities, independently finalization of Accounts, Looking after formalities
related to Income Tax i.e. Income Tax Returns, Wealth Tax, FBT Calculations &
Returns, Income Tax Assessment, Accounts Entry & Maintain day to day Accounts &
others.
3. Handling total audit work clear of notes and finalizing accounts.
4. T.D.S. Work / Tax Planning.
5. Handling ROC Annual Returns, Directors Report, Notice of AGM & relating Shares
Matters.
6. Shareholders Registers, Share Transfer Register & Share Investment accounts &
Demat accounts.
7. Bank Reconciliation Statement
8. Preparing Bank Data i.e. Monthly Operating Data. QIS-1,QIS-II,QIS-III
9. All other misc. work.
