9B2.1 Ab recognizes the Drosophila protein glass. Glass is expressed at high levels in the
nucleus of the developing photoreceptor cells in a sequence that reflects their acquisition of
neuronal identity. 9B2.1 gives strong staining of the morphogenetic furrow and all of the
cells that arise from the furrow. It works well on Westerns.
