As the Executive Assistant to Senior Management Team, you will provide senior level administrative support in a dynamic executive setting. Confidentiality and professionalism are required. In addition to day-to-day administrative activities, the employee will have an opportunity to play an active role in improving the efficiency of the department and the senior management team. Responsibilities: o Function as the "chief of staff" to help manage and execute critical projects o Provide AVP's with administrative and operational support o Diary management, expense reporting, travel arrangements, email and events. o Organize, prioritize and coordinate multiple work activities with the ability to meet deadlines. o Greeting guests when necessary o Booking travel services o Providing an excellent support service to all departments when required o Receiving invoices and raising purchase orders. o Direct support for the Corporate Sales senior leadership team, primarily centered on calendaring, meeting management, email management and travel planning. o Collaborate with various staff and departments in preparing special projects, reports, data analyses and presentations o Establish lead role in coordinating events, activities and information flow within the division and organizational units o Develop and establish a global communications hub to ensure alignment of all key activities of the Corporate Sales group. o Develop a master calendar incorporating various perspectives of business timelines (off-sites, staff meetings, etc) o Use initiative and judgement within established guidelines Required Skills/Experience: o Incredibly bright, high energy individual with a passion to learn and contribute o Flawless execution of administrative activities, with high attention to detail, organization and process o Strong team work skills; and strong ability to offer suggestions and improvements to process and work effectively with all personalities o Ability to be flexible in response to changing needs and priorities o In-depth knowledge of company protocol and business issues/needs and ability to work in a matrixed organization o Thorough knowledge of office management practices and procedures o Proven ability to manage projects, work under pressure and consistently make deadlines o Able to handle confidential information of highest level o Excellent communications and interpersonal skills o In-depth knowledge of Outlook and scheduling features, MS Word. PowerPoint, and Excel o Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of applicable experience For more than 8 years, salesforce.com has been operating in Europe. More than 400 regional employees work in Sales, Professional Services, Customer Support, Marketing, Finance, and other roles. Our Dublin, Ireland, office is the European hub for our Corporate Sales organisation, focused on delivering customer solutions to companies with 1–1,000 employees. Dublin has doubled in size in the last year and now has more than 200 employees supporting all of Europe. The Dublin office is in a state-of-the-art building in Sandyford Business Park, only 20 minutes from the City Centre. With 10 offices across Europe, our Enterprise Sales organisation focuses on field sales to customers and prospects with more than 1,000 employees. We have teams focused on regional as well as vertical markets. To support this expansion into vertical markets, we’ve recently opened a new office in the heart of the City of London and a new facility including customer training facilities in Staines, Middlesex.
