A Group Practice focused on quality mental health care for the community with a
rich exchange of services and referrals to and from St. Anthony’s Hospital.
The Group is built under the umbrella of The American Academy of Primary Care
Psychologists and educational arm of the agency for health care providers,
community and patients.
Tristate In Home/Home Health Care is licensed to provide in home mental health
care for patients including but not limited to therapy, follow-up care after
discharge, crisis triage and duties as directed by the psychiatrists.
St. Anthony’s Behavioral Health Care clinic planned location at Milgard Pavilion,
with Director of Adult Psychiatry, and a Director of Child Adolescent Psychiatry. Dr.

Director of Adult Psychiatrist
Team MD have been practicing since 1992. State accredited psychiatrist will be on board with
experience in forensic, geriatric psychiatry and expertise in multiple facets of adult psychiatry.
Practice Expertise includes mental health disorders such as but not limited to Depression, Bipolar
Disorder, Dementia, Post Traumatic Stress, Anxiety, Attention Deficit Disorder, Mood Disorders,
Trauma, Abuse.
Director of Child/Adolescent Psychiatrist
The director of child adolescent psychiatrist is the resident expert in childhood disorders effectively
treating the following mental health issues: depression, anxiety, autism, attention deficit hyperactivity,
behavior disorders, bereavement, schizophrenia, and Tourette's syndrome, Autism Spectrum Disorder,
Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder. Victims of Abuse, Trauma and Neglect
Registered Nurse (RN)
The resident Registered Nurse in Washington State has extensive experience with geriatric
populations with dementia, Alzheimer's, mood swings. and violence. Team RN has
experience with severe and violent autism and other mental health disorders. The Registered
nurse is essential in assuring vitals are recorded for patients on medications, RX follow-up,
and initial intake.
Dr. Cynthia Sambataro
Clinical Director
Dr. Sambataro has earned her doctorate in Health
Psychology and is a specialist in Screening,
Evaluation and Diagnosis of Fetal Alcohol Spectrum
upon consultation with the Head of Child and
Adolescent Psychiatry.
Paul Sambataro MS Ph.Dc
Administrator
Paul Sambataro has a masters in neurobehavioral
psychology and enrolled in a doctoral graduate
program in Industrial Organizational Psychology.
Dissertation is based on FASD and juvenile criminal
system.
A specialist in work place organization and nonprofit operation Paul will work with employees to
