Friar Laurence will send word to Romeo informing him of the plan. Juliet’s parents will think she’s dead and burry her. Juliet will awaken in the tomb and Romeo will come to let her out. Juliet and Romeo will live happily ever after. 3. Dramatic irony in this act: (Answers may vary) Paris’ conversation with Juliet in scene i: He calls her his wife, but she is already married to Romeo. Juliet’s parents are preparing for a wedding, but Juliet is already married. Juliet’s parents are preparing for a wedding, but Juliet is going to fake her death and then later die. 4. The irony in Friar Laurence’s question is that everyone thinks Juliet is dead so she IS ready for church, but not as a bride. She will go to church for a funeral and not for a wedding.
