POSTION TITLE: CORPORATE CLINIC DIRECTOR
REPORTS TO: EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Responsibilities:
Medical Qualifications
 Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse degree
 Experienced
 Up to date license
 Current Continuing Education hours met
 Some on the job nursing experience in clinical and administration
 Some knowledge regarding sexually transmitted infection and fetal development
 Office management skills
 Possess computer skills
 Good reputation in the medical community
 Sexual Risk Avoidance (SRA) certification (to be obtained within one year from hire
date)
Administration
 Meets regularly with the Executive Director
 Meets regularly with Corporate Directors
 Meets regularly with Center Directors (requires travel)
 Meets regularly with Program team
 Assures accurate filing and compiling of client reports
Personnel
 Gather and compile monthly report for the Executive Director and Board of Directors
 Keep accurate and up-to-date personnel files for all Program employees and volunteers
 Review Program department staff annually
Program
 Oversee operations of STI clinic
 Oversee operations of Social Services staff
 Oversee operations of ultrasound outreach
 Oversee all other client aspects of ministry
 Assist volunteers with training and in interventions with clients
 Hold quarterly volunteer in-service trainings
 Oversee, design and develop client services paperwork, policies and procedures as they
relate to the general clinic and best practices of the State of Michigan and
Alternatives for ultrasound and STI clinic
 Oversee and ensure the quality of all volunteer activities for all locations





Monitor volunteer and program staff performance, client responses and ministry needs
Ensure that each program is functioning in line with the mission and vision of the
Alternatives
Provide direction to program Center Directors, staff and volunteers as to the
compliance of Alternatives Policies and Procedures
Oversee implementation of new initiatives and program expansions as directed by the
Executive Director and assist in development
Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Director
Personal Qualifications
 Regular attendance/membership at a Bible-based church
 In full agreement with Alternatives Statements of Mission, Faith, Principle and Values
 Strong Pro-Life/pro-abstinence convictions
 Good leadership
 Organized, self-motivated
 Able to work without direct supervision
 Strong interpersonal skills
 Teachable
 Previous experience with a Christian non-profit organization a plus
