Extension District Board
Requirements: 6 Members appointed by Judge/Executive
Length of Term: Three Years
Description of Board: Identify ways to promote Extension programs,
procedures and opportunities to the public, oversee the operations of
the County Extension.
Function: Meets with County Extension workers to review operations of
Extension, sets long term goals, monitors overall program to promote
balance between agriculture, home economics, 4H and rural and
economic development.
Meetings: Quarterly
