Golden Globe winner Amanda Donohoe stars in Noël Coward’s
deliciously funny final play, Star Quality. Taking us behind the
scenes of a new West End production, Coward conjures up a
wickedly observant satire of the backstage world of talent and
treachery. From tentative first rehearsal to triumphant opening
night, both leading lady and director are determined to get
their own way and the resulting clash of egos becomes
increasingly and hilariously bloody. What emerges is a
startling evocation of that most elusive gift of all – star quality.
Adapted by Christopher Luscombe (director of The Madness
of George III and The History Boys). Cast includes Daniel Casey
and Gay Soper.

London 1944: The war is reaching its climax on the beaches
of Normandy, but a senior minister has problems not just in
supplying the front line with tanks, but also on the home front.
He has been having a passionate but illicit affair with a war
widow, and now her son, evacuated for the duration, returns.
Learning of the affair, the youth explodes, railing against the
minister’s ‘immorality’, and accusing him of exploiting his
mother. At once a sparkling ‘comedy of manners’ and a
physco-sexual drama, ‘Less Than Kind’ has astounded critics.
An all star cast is led by Sara Crowe (Calendar Girls, Bedroom
Farce, Four Weddings and a Funeral).

Things are not right on The Bluebell Hill Development. Theft,
petty crime, vandalism, all the ills of modern suburban
existence are on the increase. Newcomers Martin and his sister
Hilda are the crime wave’s latest victims and resolve to take
action. After all, the law of the land, all that's right and proper
and even God Himself are surely on their side. But what starts
out as a well intentioned neighbourhood watch scheme soon
develops into something altogether more sinister. Alan
Ayckbourn's hilarious cautionary tale of the dangers of taking
the law into your own hands is his seventy fifth play.

night out packed with girlie anthems including Dancing Queen,
I Will Survive, It’s Raining Men and more. From Where the
Heart Is writer, Louise Roche, this thoughtful, brilliantly funny
musical comedy follows five girlfriends on a riotous, cocktailfuelled night out. You’ll recognize every one of them; Carol the
party girl, eccentric Anita, Liza with her issues, boring Kate
and gossipy Sharon. Real-life sisters Gillian Taylforth
(Eastenders, The Bill) and Kim Taylforth (Bad Girls, London’s
Burning) appear for the first time together on stage.

A bloodcurdling howl is heard across a cold, moonlit moor; the
spectral hound has claimed another victim. Sir Hugo
Baskerville was the picture of aristocratic excess, drunkenness
and debauchery until he was struck down by a demonic hound
sent to punish his wickedness – or so the legend tells. Two
hundred years later his descendant Sir Charles apparently
meets a similar fate. Can Sherlock Holmes and Doctor Watson
solve the mystery of the Hound of the Baskervilles before Sir
Charles’ heir comes to an equally gruesome end? An Oldham
Coliseum and imitating the dog collaboration.
