SAS Global Forum 2007 Life Sciences Focus Session Paper 358-2007 Customer Case Study: Turning Information into Intelligence: Clinical Data Navigation and Integration Ing-Ming Pan, J&J PRD Audrey Yu, J&J PRD ABSTRACT In the pharmaceutical industry, it is a process cycle to analyze clinical data and submit trial reports for drug approval. With the routine demand to present the efficacy evidence and safety profile when conducting clinical trials, J&JPRD has established global standards, which start with raw data, navigate into analysis data for reporting, and end in the integrated data repository. In this presentation, we demonstrate the in-house navigation process, which is used to facilitate the clinical team review on both data and reports. The final deliverable of this navigation process is a Microsoft Word file with hyperlinks to trial reports, as well as patient profiles. No paper was submitted for publication.
