Particular hypotheses, theories, or laws have a high probability of being true while not being absolute 2. Bias can be minimized by scientists 3. It can only change physical or chemical state. (Law of Cons. of Matter) 2. You cannot get something for nothing. When energy is converted you will always end up with lower-quality, or less usable energy than you started with (2nd Law of Thermodynamics)
