
Source
◦ the originator of the communication, e.g., either the
organization, supervisors, subordinates, peers, client, or
associates

Encoder

intentions, etc. can be expressed as an understandable
message.

Message
◦ the actual physical product of the source encoder, or the
physical thought, idea, etc. presented to the receiver from the
sender in a code known by both.
