Welcome to the SC State University Employee Performance Management System Training. Throughout the training, we will use this column to elaborate on the content that you see on the right of the screen. There are five modules to the EPMS training. This is the first of the five modules which serves as an introduction to the EPMS process. The other modules will cover: planning stage, on-going communication, evaluation stage, and substandard performance. Please press the "Forward" button to proceed to the next slide. Did you Know? Substantially Exceeds Performance Work that is characterized by exemplary accomplishments throughout the rating period; performance that is considerably and consistently above the success criteria of the job 2. Exceeds Performance Work that is above the success criteria for the job throughout the rating period. 3. Meets Performance Work that meets the success criteria for the job. 4.
