• What is the function of the circulatory System?
• Function- Transport of materials throughout the body- oxygen,
carbon dioxide, nutrients(glucose), wastes
• These materials diffuse in and out of the cells of every organ.
Purpose of the respiratory system
• To provide a constant supply of oxygen to keep your
body cells functioning
• To remove carbon dioxide from the body cells

• Bronchi- the large airways at the top of the lungs.
