MUCOSA IS DISSECTED FROM THE
THYROID CARTILAGE

NEUROVASCULAR BUNDLE

TECHNIQUE:
GRASP HYOID BONE WITH ALLIS
CLAMP AND CAUTERIZE ON HYOID
BONE SUPERIOR AND LATERAL
SURFACE
