
The Nervous System is the
control center for the body.
Without the Nervous System
we wouldn't be able to
talk,move,feel,have
emotions,move,think,eat,breath
,and much more! Without the
Nervous System we wouldn't
be able to survive!
The Main Uses Of The Nervous System

The Nervous System is (as I
said before) is the control
center. The Nervous System
makes you feel,talk,see,hear,
excrete,think,smell,touch,repro
duce, and much more! It
interacts with all the systems to
keep us alive.
The Main Parts Of The Nervous
System

The Nervous System is split
into two parts the CNS the
central nervous system (the
brain and spinal cord) and the
PNS the peripheral nervous
system( the cranial and spinal
nerves).
How It Interacts With The Other Systems

The Nervous System interacts
with all the systems to keep us
alive. For example, it interacts
with the circulatory system to
measure our heart rate. It
controls and makes sure all the
systems are okay.
What Makes Up The Nervous System?

There are many things that
make up the nervous system.
There are four main nerves
that make up the nervous
system: the
autonomic,cranial,peripheral,a
nd center nerves. In the
nervous system there are 2
types of cells: neurons or
specialized cells and
supporting cells.
How The Nervous System Works

The cells of the nervous system
communicate by means of
electric signals which are
rapid,specific, and usually cause
almost immediate responses.
The nervous system sends
signals to all the systems to tell
them what to do. For example, if
you were to move the nervous
system would send signals to
your muscular system so you can
move.
What The Nervous System Does To Help Our Body

The Nervous System controls
and manages our body. It helps
by managing our breathing
,heart rate ,talking,
movements, thinking, and
much more. Without the
nervous system we wouldn't be
able to do ANYTHING!
The CNS

The CNS or the central nervous
system consists of the brain and
spinal cord which are located in
the dorsal body cavity. The CNS
is the command center of the
nervous system. It interprets
incoming signals based on past
reflexes , experiences,and
current conditions.
The PNS

The PNS or peripheral nervous
system consists of the parts of
the nervous system that is not
the CNS. The PNS can be
divided into 2 subdivisions: the
sensory and motor divisions.
How We Keep This System Healthy

We can keep our nervous system
healthy by avoiding drugs,
alcohol,excercising,eat healthy
fats with vitamin D and B12,and
practicing writing for at least 15
minutes (it excercises motor and
sensory neurons in our brain.
