The Muscle
• The muscle is a very important part to a person
because it helps us do stuff like moving , sleeping ,
smiling and frowning.
• Muscles are very delicate so in order for it to work it
needs oxygen and blood.
• Muscles are in your arm, leg, face, back and also in
the stomach.
Smooth muscles
• Smooth muscles are through out the human body.
• Like the cardiac muscle , the smooth muscle is called
involuntary.
• In the smooth muscle there is a smooth muscle cell ,
skeletal muscle cell and cardiac muscle cell.
Skeletal muscle
• Skeletal muscles come in all different shapes
and sizes.
• The skeletal muscle is also known as striated
or striped.
• Skeletal muscle has blood vessels and nerves.
Cardiac muscle
• Cardiac muscle is only in the walls of the
heart.
• Like the skeletal muscle , the cardiac muscle
has fibres.
• The cardiac is also called involuntary muscle.
• Your cardiac is made up of atria and ventricles.
What can go wrong
• Muscles are necessary for movement so
they have tough elastic tissues that all pull
our bones when they are making us move.
• If you pull your tissue, it could have a big
impacted on your everyday things so you
will not be able do move it.
• Another thing that can go wrong with your
muscle is that the muscles tissue can tear.
Inside a muscle
• Inside a muscle there is a thick layer of tissue.
• Skeletal muscle tissue is named for it’s
location.
• Muscle Fibers are like long hair.
How to keep you muscular system
healthy
• To keep your muscular system healthy eat lots
of fruits and vegetables and drink lots of
water.
• Also do some walking and exercising at lest
ones a day.
• Another way is to cut down all the foods you
eat that contain sugar.
Bones Information
• Do you sometime feel tied or a pain in your
leg after your have had a run. That is because
your have been running so fast that your heart
couldn't keep up with you and it couldn’t
spread enough oxygen and blood to all your
muscle. Also because you have some laic acid
so blood has to take it away.
