Major This is the primary plan on how to run the logic needed for this system. We must have our MOSIS design in by this time or we will have to use our backup plan. MOSIS Design Issues & Concerns Properly dividing the oscillator (clock) into seconds using counters. Can we get it to exact seconds? How many counters will it take? Arduino microcontroller uno does not have enough pins. We will need to use an Arduino microcontroller mega.
