Description of the milestone
Means of verification
- The milestones should be derived from the annual plan of
operation
- The number of milestones should range from four to
maximum seven in order to not lose sight of the priorities
- Most of the milestones should be formulated at least as
outputs or even as outcomes
- The first milestone of the year should be easily achievable
as to ensure liquidity at the beginning of the year
Expected time period of
achievement
Monetary value (USD)
Distribute the milestones and related
monetary values over the year in such
way that liquidity is given at any time
(if milestones are achieved)
