UCL CENTRE FOR LANGUAGES & INTERNATIONAL EDUCATION Evening Courses Hebrew Level 3+ Prerequisite for entry Basic knowledge of spoken and written Hebrew; (successful completion of Hebrew syllabus 3 at UCL Language Centre or other comparable studies. Term duration 10 x 2-hour classes. Aims and Objectives The aim of the course is to enable students to extend their ability in spoken and written Hebrew at the lower intermediate level, with an emphasis on practical everyday vocabulary and grammar. The course includes practice in all four language skills (speaking, listening, reading and writing) as well as attention to issues specific to Israeli and Jewish culture.
