SHIFT 2 1547 TTPD A Texas Tech Officer arrested a non-student for public intoxication, assault, and disruption of classes, which occurred in the basement of Holden Hall. The non-student was released pending the filing of charges with the Lubbock County Justice of the Peace, and transported to the University Medical Center Emergency Room by Emergency Medical Services for treatment. See offense report # 11-0760. 1819 TTPD A Texas Tech Officer arrested a student for theft, possession of marihuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia, which occurred at the Student Recreation Center. The student was transported to the Lubbock County Jail. See offense report # 11-0761. Entries written by Sergeant Eade on April 28, 2011 at 2200 hours. SHIFT 3 0114 TTPD A Texas Tech Officer arrested a student for public intoxication, which occurred in the Z-4M parking lot. Emergency Medical Services checked the student for possible alcohol poisoning and cleared him. The student was transported to the Lubbock County Jail. See offense report # 11-0762. 0141 TTPD A Texas Tech Officer arrested a student for public intoxication, which occurred in the Z-4P parking lot. The student was released pending the filing of charges and transported to the University Medical Center by Emergency Medical Services for alcohol poisoning. See offense report # 11-0763. 0258 TTPD A Texas Tech Officer investigated criminal mischief, which occurred at Clement Residence Hall. Two ceiling tiles were damaged on the first floor and a sign was pulled off a door. See offense report # 11-0764. 0402 TTPD A Texas Tech Officer arrested a student for consumption of alcohol by a minor, which occurred at Weymouth Residence Hall after being dispatched to a disturbance between the student and a non student. The student was transported to Lubbock County Jail, and the non student was transported to Stangle Residence Hall to stay with a friend. See offense report # 11-0765. Entries written by Lieutenant C.
