SHIFT 2 1504 TTPD 1550 TTPD 1555 TTPD A Texas Tech Officer investigated a traffic accident, without injuries, and duty on striking an unattended vehicle, which occurred in the R7 parking lot. See State crash report #11-1682 and offense report #11-1683. A Texas Tech Officer investigated a traffic accident, with minor injuries, which occurred in the 1100 block of Akron Avenue. A bicyclist collided with a Citibus. See State crash report #11-1685. A Texas Tech Officer investigated theft of a “Sim” card and an “Otterbox” cell phone case from an unsecured IPhone, which occurred at the Texas Tech Health Sciences Center Academic Classroom Building. SHIFT 3 0056 TTPD 0334 TTPD A Texas Tech Officer arrested a student, which occurred in the Z4M parking lot for public intoxication. The student was transported to the Lubbock County Jail. See offense report # 11-1687. A Texas Tech Officer released five students pending the filing of charges for criminal trespass. Five students were found inside a room of Holden Hall while the building was secured and not open to the public. One of the students was also issued a Lubbock County citation for possession of drug paraphernalia. All students were released. See offense report # 11-1688. Entries written by Lieutenant K.
