Cannabis
Cannabis is the most used illegal drug in the UK and is
made from the cannabis plant. It is a depressant and
hallucinogenic drug. It can affect the Brain, Lungs

taken frequently. The brain cells are tricked by the
drug into sending unusual messages to the rest of
the body.
Cannabis can have different effects on different people

cause serious side effects.
Cigarettes
Tobacco comes from the leaves of the tobacco plant. It
contains a highly addictive drug called nicotine.
Smoking affects the brain and the lungs. It causes
much cell damage such as red blood cells (Not
getting as much oxygen as sufficient), brain cells
(become addicted to nicotine) and cillia which can
lead to death.
Cigarettes

2. Increases heart rate
3. Slows reactions and can make your visual
