Settlement Agent Registration Announcement
RealEC® Technologies (RealEC), a division of Black Knight Financial Services, will open its Closing Insight™
Settlement Agent registration on Wednesday, April 15, 2015. We are working with our Closing Insight Partner
Network and leveraging our various communication channels to encourage all settlement agents to register their
office locations and users before the August 1, 2015 production date.
Settlement Agent Registration will be available at www.ClosingInsight.com. During the registration process,
settlement agents will be asked to provide basic company and user information, including company name and
primary address, software application utilized and any applicable software license IDs. Settlement agents using
software from RealEC’s Closing Insight Software Partner Network will be able to leverage our direct integration and
will receive a notification from their software provider on how to locate their Software ID and additional information
on training and configuration. The list below is our current Closing Insight Software Partner Network:
• SoftPro Standard, SoftPro Enterprise, SoftPro Select
and IMPACT (SoftPro Corp.)
• FAST, StreamLine and TitleExpress
(First American and SMS)
• RamQuest
• ResWare (Adeptive)
• SnapClose (Cornerstone Management Solutions)
• Landtech (Landtech Data Corporation)
• RBJ-Edge (RBJ Software, Inc.)
• AIM+ (Stewart)
Settlement agents using proprietary software or commercial software outside of the Closing Insight Software
Partner Network will be granted access to Closing Insight through RealEC’s Exchange™ Service Provider Web Portal,
an easy-to-access website where agents will be able to interact electronically with the lender.
Starting in May, settlement agents will begin receiving information about upcoming training opportunities to help
them get up to speed on Closing Insight technology before August 1.
