Announces the rehire of Steve Eckhart, Vice President of Sales & Marketing
HOUSTON, TX (April 7, 2008) — GSE Lining Technology, Inc. (GSE) the world’s leading
provider of geosynthetic products and installation services, today announced the rehire of Steve
Eckhart, Vice President of Sales & Marketing, North American Operations. With more than 20
years of experience in leadership and sales roles, we are excited to have Steve back to lead GSE's
sales and marketing force, and contribute to the company's overall new growth strategy. He will
report to Gerald Hersh, Vice President & General Manager, North American Operations.
In our search for a Vice President of Sales & Marketing, we were looking for someone with deep
solutions-based selling experience who could accelerate the growth of our current geosynthetic
business. We are confident that Steve's keen understanding of sales and marketing success,
combined with his experience of innovating and motivating sales teams, will get us there.
This is an exciting time for GSE and we look forward to sharing this opportunity with our
