Experian Data Quality Noel Leeming / Testimonial Noel Leeming work with Experian to help capture and maintain customer profiles and contact data validation tools in 75 stores across New Zealand TESTIMONIAL Over the years, we have collected many customers and this has created a database that was not 100% accurate. We have worked with Experian for a number of years to help us capture and maintain our customer profiles and address validation tools in our 75 stores across New Zealand. Every point of sale terminal captures customer data and feeds in to our main database so we now have clean data. We recently undertook a significant database cleanse project to reduce wastage and allow us to create an ultra-clean database for our migration to a new CRM tool. Our database had duplicated commercial customer profiles from point of sale data and direct sales engagement. Experian worked with us on this project to identify and remove duplicates which accounted for 7% of the database. The sales teams now have confidence in the data for direct marketing and sales activities. With a trustworthy and reliable database they can now look to the opportunity of including transactional data to develop customer profiles, which would allow them to use more sophisticated customer segmentation targeting models in the future.
