Podi-Green Antimicrobial Gel and Liquid with Active
Chlorine Dioxide Horse Hoof Treatment – a completely
safe, non-toxic and non-mutogenic form of chlorine dioxide
gas. Available in two convenient applications: Easy to use
Syringe Applicator and 2-Part A & B Liquid Soak.
Indications:
Eliminates Thrush, White Line Disease, Hoof Canker,
abscesses and other infectious conditions. Podi-Green
may be used to help control any infectious organism
threatening the horny tissue of animals.
Active ingredients:
ü Chlorine dioxide: 0.04% – a completely safe, non-toxic
and non-mutagenic form of chlorine dioxide gas.
ü Eliminates fungal organisms in White Line disease
ü Kills major causative agents for Thrush
ü Reduces and eliminates Hoof Canker
ü Neutralizes abscess-causing bacteria
Directions for Podi-Green Antimicrobial Gel Dual Syringe:
Remove the cap from between the center of the dual syringe plunger. Cap allows syringe tip to be sealed after use.
Break off tab at the tip of the dual syringe. Attach mixing tip to the syringe. Carefully and thoroughly debride all
infected tissue. Apply Podi-Green Gel to entire treatment area. Remove mixing tip and save for repeat dose. If product
is being used daily it is unnecessary to remove mixing tip. Use the black cap to cover the end of the mixing tip.
Product remaining within the mixing tip is active when yellow in color. Discard any clear gel at end of tip.

See package insert for various dilutions and recommended treatments.
Suggested Treatment Protocol:
Podi-Green 1–2 times a day for 5 days followed by every other day treatment for 7 days.
Precautions:
If infection is deep enough into dermal tissue, it is possible that sensitive animals may develop irritations. If so,
discontinue treatment for 5 days and then start again alternating one day of application with one day of non
application. If redness or swelling occurs, discontinue use and consult a veterinarian.
Do not combine with other products. Mixture may discolor fabric.
