Leslie Doroba enrolled in the prestigious Von Lee International School of Aesthetics in 2008 and graduated with the
honor of Valedictorian of her class. This was the beginning of a journey working for salons, a medical office and a
professional skincare line. In 2012, she opened her own skincare business inside The Renaissance Skin Care Spa in Bel
Air, Maryland.
Leslie is passionate about the field of esthetics and enjoys teaching others about skincare, beauty and
holistic options. She takes the time to explain how diet, lifestyle and other interrelated factors play a role
in achieving healthy skin. Her spa is not about standardized regimens but rather a customized approach.
Her choice in skincare products is based on cutting-edge ingredients, natural botanicals that replenish
skin nutrition, innovative technology, and corrective non-inflammatory actives. She loves to learn and
regularly attends workshops, trade shows and advanced education classes to give her clients a one-of-akind experience. Leslie is a member of Associated Skin Care Professionals and holds degrees or

Leslie believes deeply in giving back through ones’ own unique God-given talents and interests.
Conducting makeover sessions with cancer patients through the American Cancer Society’s Look
Good Feel Better Program led her to obtain a special certification by Oncology Esthetics®. This
enables her to provide non-invasive and beneficial spa treatments designed to meet the needs of each
cancer patient. Her treatment menu includes the Healing Touch Facial to address compromised skin
due to chemotherapy and radiation.
