Job Title: Territory Sales Representative.
We are currently seeking full-time Territory Sales Representatives in the U.S. to join our wholesale team. We
have the following territories available: All major metropolitan areas throughout the US.
Description:
The ideal candidate must have an entrepreneurial spirit and be highly motivated. We are looking for territory
reps nationally with a successful track record of selling in resorts, luxury spas, day spas and experienced
estheticians. The ideal candidate is a 1099 skincare product sales rep and is looking to join a fast growing
company.

Requirements:
 Must have 3 years of experience in skin care sales to Spa industry.
 A 4-year college degree is a plus.
 A background in spa management, esthetics or massage is an advantage.
 Demonstrate aptitude for problem-solving and ability to determine solutions for customers.
 Must be results oriented and be able to work independently.
 Strong organizational and proven time management skills
 Meets or exceeds quarterly sales goals
 Must have excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
 Must have excellent closing skills
 Suited for independent sales representative
 Professional Attitude
 Proven history of success
 Representation of non-competing product lines
 Ability to travel, cold call and grow current customers
 Ability to gain and maintain strong professional relationships
 Competency in the Microsoft office suite is preferred (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
 Car and drivers license
Responsibilities:
The Independent Sales Rep is responsible for maintaining and developing accounts within resort spas,
destination spas, day spas and treatment rooms.
He/she will act as a resource to their accounts and offer education and business building consultation.
Primary Duties • Maintaining and servicing assigned accounts • Meeting monthly sales objectives for
assigned accounts • Prospecting new clients • Meeting monthly goals for prospecting • Maintaining CRM
with an up-to-date prospecting report • Proper follow through and follow up on opening accounts •
Coordinating & performing demonstrations for prospects according to demonstration guidelines •
Responsible for keeping current on product knowledge information • Conducting training sessions for
estheticians and/or retail staff based on appropriate standard training outline. • Coordinating and performing
events for assigned accounts according to the event checklist. • Meeting sales objectives for events. •
Participation in new product launches • Communication of monthly and seasonal promotions to assigned
accounts. • Attending and representing company at various trade shows. Follow up on assigned leads
according to prospecting policies and procedures • Timely submission of reports, including account
maintenance, prospecting report and expense reports • Managing his/her inventory of marketing collateral,
training materials, gratis, samples, deluxe products, kit bag and smock • Participation in monthly Account
Representative conference call • Punctual to all meetings, trainings and demonstrations • Travel to assigned
accounts, prospects and trade shows • Adherence to company policies and procedures
