Senior Graphic Designer (09/03–10/07) • Produced layouts and designs for various printed (mono/duotone and 4-color) and digital media, including preparation for print and Web use. • Coordinated with internal clients and Print Production department to oversee projects through to their completion, balancing multiple projects on tight deadlines, as well as mentoring other designers in the department who may be assisting fellow designers in their design/production. • Maintained and upheld the corporate identity and overall design style, and acted as an exemplar of best practices for the most efficient workflow while maintaining the highest quality of work. • Conducted InDesign training for new designers. • Collaborated in special task forces to investigate quality-of-life issues for department, best practices, and tools for the design department, as well as the continuing internal training of designers. • Participated in an informal “special projects” team that developed new deliverables for the department, including but not limited to, Podcasting, Flash instructional modules, Web demonstrations, and video production.
