(Should be with the required number of 100BASE-TX ports.) Cross type The cable of 0.7 m is supplied as a standard accessory. If the longer cable is required, prepare the longer cable. Straight type Prepare this when connecting the system using a HUB. 13 Installation requirements • This system is to be used in a location with a relative humidity from 30 to 75% and temperature from 15 to 30°C (59 to 86°F). • The light source for this system should be a natural light color, and the light intensity should be between 300 and 400 lux. If there are lights near to the system, they must be screened. In particular, if the product is installed near a window, use curtains or blinds to block direct sunlight from the product. • Do not install the product in a place where the operator is exposed to direct sunlight. Make sure the display monitor is located away from direct sunlight or other bright light sources. • Avoid installing the product in areas with high dust levels or subject to vibration. • Do not raise or lower the room temperature quickly. Raising the temperature quickly can cause condensation inside the system, which leads to problems such as lens fogging, paper jam, and malfunctions in the electronics and PCBs. • Because the system uses liquids during normal operation, please make sure that the floor and walls are waterproof for safety reasons. In addition, we recommend installing a sink or drain in the room to facilitate washing racks. • Castors are for moving the system. Once the system has been installed, be sure to fix it in place with the adjusters or jack bolts. • If the level difference of the floor on which the system is installed (the height difference between jack bolts) is 10 mm or more, a plate or shim should be used to adjust the level. • Use this system in a DC magnetic field (earth magnetic field, etc.) of 0.6G*1 or less and AC magnetic field (power source magnetic field, etc.) of 0.06G*1 (rms) or less. *1. 0.6G = 60µT, 0.06G = 6µT • The system is programmed with default values prior to shipment. These values may differ depending on the environment and operating conditions. Change them as necessary. • The maximum permissible system impedance Zmax of this system is 0.063+j0.039Ω, supplied from a power distribution system having a rated voltage of 400/230 V. This system is connected only to a supply of that impedance or less. Determine the connection to a power supply in consultation with the supply power company. • This equipment complies with EN61000-3-12. Subject to change without notice. 14
